This policy explains how OwletVPN collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app, website, and VPN service.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as the email address you use to sign in and one-time password authentication records.
Device and VPN provisioning information, such as device identifiers, device names, WireGuard public keys, assigned VPN addresses, selected server/location, and connection configuration needed to provide the VPN service.
Subscription status and purchase entitlement information from Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Support information you choose to send us, such as your message, email address, and troubleshooting details.
Operational logs needed to protect the service, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and keep servers reliable.

To create and secure your account, send one-time sign-in codes, and authenticate your sessions.
To provision VPN devices, choose available servers, connect your device, and maintain service reliability.
To verify subscription access and apply account features.
To respond to support requests, investigate failures, prevent misuse, and improve the app experience.

OwletVPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity through WireGuard. The service processes network traffic only as needed to operate the VPN connection.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use VPN traffic for advertising or cross-app tracking.
OwletVPN does not require access to your precise physical location. The location shown in the app is the VPN server location you choose.

We use service providers to operate OwletVPN, including hosting, email delivery, subscription entitlement, and app platform services.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

We keep account, device, subscription, and operational information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect OwletVPN.
You can contact support to request help with your account or data. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or accounting reasons.
